A trip to Paris is not complete without stopping by this massive grocery store. This is probably one of the most impressive groceries I’ve been to in terms of size of selection and quality of products. You can purchase the famous french butter, Beurre Bordier here. I also go here to get my Mom her favourite butter biscuits from La Mere Poulard and to restock Mariage Freres tea.
This grocery has a self-checkout area. I would recommend you go with a tote bag handy so you don’t have to purchase an eco bag there separately. I recall them costing several EUR as well.
There is another branch on the right side of the river (which I’ve never been).
When visiting La Grande Epicerie, it’s a good idea to stop by the Le Bon Marche department store as well.
